I am a Registered 200 Hour Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I share my passion of Hatha Flow, YogaLates and BootyBarre with students. My Journey to opening YogaBarre with Lucy started with my Pilates teacher training. I qualified with Balanced Body (Mat 1 Mat 2 & Mat 3) in 2013 and I have been teaching reformer Pilates for 4 years. My classes focus on integrity of the posture as well as connecting the body and mind. I hope you enjoy the creativity of my classes.
