Book a one-to-one session with Susan Dennis DCT BWY at Ilkley Yoga Centre. Susan is an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and is currently undertaking an Integrated Yoga Psychotherapy qualification. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking support with physical health, stress, anxiety, recovery from injury, or simply wish to develop your yoga practice in a more personalised way.
Drawing on a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection, Susan’s approach recognises that stress, emotional experiences, and trauma can be held within the body and may contribute to physical tension, discomfort, and patterns of movement. Through carefully tailored yoga practices, breathwork, relaxation, and therapeutic techniques, sessions can support greater body awareness, nervous system regulation, and psychosomatic healing, helping you reconnect with a sense of ease, resilience, and wellbeing.
