I’ve been going to Roisin’s beginners classes and also attended some of Susie’s classes, and they are both excellent teachers, so friendly, welcoming and informative. The yoga studio itself is quiet, warm and relaxing with small groups so they have a lot of time for you. Compared to the classes at my local gym they are in a different league.

I’ve had one reformer Pilates session and I can’t wait to have more sessions. Nancy is patient, knowledgeable, kind and understand my needs and capabilities. The studio is beautiful, clean and smells lovely. The reformer Pilates equipment is excellent. It’s my Friday sanctuary as I start to build strength and recover.

I’ve been attending classes Yin and Hatha yoga classes with Lucy, Nancy and Roisin at Ilkley Yoga Centre for several months. It’s a terrific studio and the teachers are uniformly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. A truly convivial and relaxed place to practice yoga regardless of experience. Highly recommended.
