I’ve had one reformer Pilates session and I can’t wait to have more sessions. Nancy is patient, knowledgeable, kind and understands my current needs and capabilities. The studio is beautiful, clean and smells lovely. The reformer Pilates equipment is excellent. It’s my Friday sanctuary as I start to build strength and recover.
