I’ve been attending classes Yin and Hatha yoga classes with Lucy, Nancy and Roisin at Ilkley Yoga Centre for several months. It’s a terrific studio and the teachers are uniformly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. A truly convivial and relaxed place to practice yoga regardless of experience. Highly recommended.
