Pregnancy Yoga classes

This nurturing prenatal yoga course will provide you with the tools you need to support your wellbeing throughout your pregnancy.

You will learn:

 

    • Yoga postures and movements to build strength and create comfort and space for you and your baby.
    • Helpful yoga practices to address common issues experienced by mums to be.
    • Breathing practices to support you throughout your pregnancy.
    • Deep relaxation techniques and meditations to promote calm and reduce anxiety.
    • Sound and visualisation practices to nurture connection with your baby.
    • Energy Freeing Practices.
    • Restorative Yoga for deep rest, better sleep quality and comfort.
    • Birthing postures and breathing techniques to help you through labour.
